BICYCLE MOTOR FRICTION DRIVE KIT Mitsubishi TLE43 42.7 cc 2.2 hp Very Quiet Two Cycle engine, with 30oz. tank Complete kit
MITSUBISHI 42.7cc (2.20 hp) Very Quiet Two Cycle Engine, mix ratio is 40 to 1, This kit will have the large 30 oz tank This is a complete kit including the engine listed above, plus the following parts that are needed to install on most bicycles: Included Complete Engine Assembly (clutch drum, clutch rotor, engine spacer, bearings, housing) The housing is ¼” thick Aluminum Extrusion Channel (not a bent thin piece of steel) the channel is CNC machined and anodized black. Mitsubishi TLE43 42.7 cc 2.20 hp Very Quiet Two Cycle 40 to 1 mix ratio engine. This kit comes with the 30 oz engine mounted tank. Pick the size of drive roller that you want. This kit comes with the Dual Supports at no extra charge. This engine is VERY Quiet and has 37.5% MORE power then the Honda GX35. The engine has a centrifugal clutch and is easy pull start. This is a Very Quiet Two Cycle engine and meets CA 2010 & CARB Phase II approved. engine made in Approx 160 to 220 mpg. Top speed with the TLE43. This engine has lots of Power and a fast top speed up to 40 mph (with the 1.50" drive roller) depending on the drive roller and riding conditions. This is a full crank two cycle engine with a centrifugal clutch and very easy pull start. The centrifugal clutch allows the engine to keep running while the bike is stopped, then turn the pedals 3-5 times and hit the throttle and take off. This kit includes some two cycle oil to get you started. Included Drive Roller we use two high speed double sealed ball bearings, (one on each side to support the drive roller), our drive rollers are CNC machined, knurled, case hardened, zinc plated & heat treated metal. Use the drop down menu when ordering. The smaller the drive roller the more pulling power you have, the larger the drive roller the faster top speed. We manufacture our drive rollers in 5 different sizes: .875 inch, 1.0 inch, 1.125 inch, 1.25 inch, and 1.5 inch. This offers our customers the ability to fit our kits to accommodate every engine and virtually every rider regardless of size or riding conditions. Our drive rollers are CNC machined, heat treated & zinc plated. Note: Available with Your Choice of the size of the drive roller. Pick from: The 1-1/8" or 1.125” drive roller gives you more low end power to faster take offs, climb hills and for riders 250+. The 1-1/4" or 1.25" drive roller would be about 3 mph faster then the 1-1/8" The 1-3/8 or 1.375 inch drive roller is the standard size for more riders. The 11/2” or 1.50" drive roller will top out about 40 mph. and for riders under 180lbs. Included The U shaped mounting bracket Included Dual Engaging Rod/Support, to raise and lower the drive roller, complete with all parts and hardware Note: this kit comes with the Dual engaging support. Included A 60 inch long Throttle Cable and finger / thumb lever for the throttle control. (Twist grip is extra) You can Add a longer throttle cable or a Twist Grip throttle. Goto the Friction drive add on parts page. Included Remote toggle engine stop switch with handlebar mount for safety. Included Nuts and Bolts Plus many other small parts needed for mounting. This kit comes complete with all the mounting hardware, stop switch and single engaging rod for a rear mount bicycle. Most of these parts are preassembled for you. The only parts you attach are the U bracket to the bike frame and the black housing to the U bracket, and then attach the engaging rod to the frame, throttle cable and remote stop switch Note: You may want other hardware that is not included in the kit depending on the style of bike. Like a longer throttle cable, Extension bracket, Twist grip throttle, Hour/Tach meter, ect… You can Motorize any bike; we carry many PARTS for your custom installation and other size Friction Drive Engine Kits.
