How to Buy at CycleHappy Online Store Buying from CycleHappy Online Store is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop here. And when you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. For every in-stock item, there will be an ADD TO CART button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. Backorders Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product, we will notify you via email and ship it to you promptly. Backordered domestic (U.S.) items usually come into stock within 1 to 4 weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 10 days, we will send you an update via email or by phone. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available at all, we notify you immediately.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY Cancellations under any circumstance are responsible for a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee of the grand total sales price for all Cancelled items. Buyer shall have ten (10) days from the date that Buyer receives the product to return the item. Buyer shall be responsible for a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee of the grand total sales price for all returned items. Additionally, Buyer is responsible for all damage to the item on return. Finally, Buyer is also responsible for all freight and shipping expenses to and from Buyer's address for returns.

How do I return an item? RETURN POLICY CycleHappy will allow a return on products within 7 days of receipt that are in new condition and are in the original packaging. "New condition" means that the product has not been charged, installed, fueled, started or ridden. Buyer shall be responsible for a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee of the grand total sales price for all returned items. Additionally, Buyer is responsible for all damage to the item on return. Finally, Buyer is also responsible for all freight and shipping expenses to and from Buyer's address for returns. Customers must e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number BEFORE shipping the product back to us, or in some cases, directly to the manufacturer. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to be refused. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any actual shipping cost incurred by CycleHappy in the original delivery of the merchandise to the customer, whether included as part of the original total purchase price or offered as a "Free Shipping" or other promotion, will also be deducted from refunds. Merchandise that has been charged, installed, fueled, started or ridden is considered "USED". Used products may be returned for warranty repair or replacement ONLY!

I returned an item. When will I receive my credit? Please allow 4 weeks for domestic (U.S.) returns to be processed. If you do not receive credit for your return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you shipped the package.
