Dependant on rider size, riding conditions, sprocket and engine choice a top speed of 30 + mph is easily attainable with a 33cc engine and we offer many size and brands of quality engines. All kits have a centrifugal clutch between the gear box and engine, (so the engine can idle and stay running while coasting or stopped). The custom hub has threads on both sides. On the right side (your pedal side) gears remains the same, you can coast and change gears. The left hand threaded freewheel sprocket on the left side of the hub and the gear on the gearbox drives the engine side. Our gear box will never need replaced and it's made to last a Life Time and them some.
